Product Manager, Spine Robotics (hybrid)

While our preference is to hire for this role on a hybrid basis out of our Mahwah, NJ office, we are open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate. Candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones.
What you will do
Analyze competitive dynamics, maintaining strong networks and market intelligence to understand competitor strengths, weaknesses, and emerging threats.
Develop deep customer insight, including buying drivers, perceived value, and engagement trends, to tailor messaging and strengthen customer relationships.
Lead and support key strategy documents, including strategic plans, annual marketing plans, product launch plans, and long-term portfolio roadmaps.
Design and execute marketing and channel strategies, developing new tools, communications, and campaigns aligned to business and customer needs.
Translate clinical, technical, and product features into clear, value-driven messaging customized for different customer segments and stakeholders.
Track, analyze, and report KPIs and performance metrics to sales and leadership, incorporating insights into ongoing strategic decisions.
Support pricing, financial modeling, business cases, and portfolio decisions, including obsolescence planning and evidence generation.
Partner cross-functionally with sales enablement, MarComm, marketing intelligence, and clinical teams to align execution with Stryker’s overall business objectives.
What You Need
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 4 years of professional work experience
• Minimum 2 years spine industry experience
Preferred:• MBA

- USN : $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
- US5 : $93,800 - $156,200 USD Annual
- US10 : $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
- US15 : $102,700 - $171,100 USD Annual
- US20 : $1027,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
