A Day in Our Office:

1) We start the morning with a quick team meeting, focused and goal-driven

2) Everyone sets their weekly goals and makes sure were all on the same page

3) We spend the day making calls, helping clients, and keeping the energy high with lo-fi music and good coffee

What You'll Do:

• Connect with potential clients and understand their insurance needs
• Recommend coverage options that truly fit
• Support clients with policy changes, claims, and renewals
• Maintain organized records and clear communication
• Help the team meet and exceed sales goals
• Opportunities for advancement

Qualifications & Compensation Structure:

• If you have no prior insurance experience, starting pay is $33,000 during training, with pay increases based on growth and performance
• If you are licensed in Property & Casualty, starting pay is $40,000-$65,000+, depending on proven sales ability and experience meeting goals
• Strong communication and a goal-driven mindset are must-haves
• Customer service, sales, or team-oriented experience is a plus
• A positive, coachable attitude is essential
