Salary: $110000 - $115000 / year

Other Forms of Compensation: Field Incentive Plan Bonus

Job Summary

Working as a District Manager , you are responsible for managing multiple dining accounts across CA, CO, MN, and TX for our premier client. You will manage and lead a team and will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality.

This position requires 60-70% travel to business units across 8 locations and 4 states.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitors the overall financial performance of the accounts to ensure profitability
• Ensures consistent and fair administration of personnel policies
• Manages planning, budget analysis and reporting for the region
• Participates in the sales process to grow the region

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS Degree preferred
• Five to seven years of contract foodservice management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial acumen
• Multi-unit experience is preferred
