What You'll Do:
🎯 Design and execute performance test plans and strategies.
📊 Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights.
🔧 Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks.
🛠️ Utilize tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar for testing.
🤝 Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure performance considerations are met.
📈 Monitor application performance post-deployment to ensure stability.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 8+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis.
✅ Proficiency with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
✅ Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
✅ Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
✅ Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C# is a plus.
