The GTM Enablement Business Partner is responsible for collaborating across the business to identify, evaluate and scope the enablement, training and communications required to ensure Equinix’s sales and sales support functions have the knowledge and resources to sell value, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and own their business.
The individual in this role is the liaison between the business and the GTM Enablement team. The GTM Enablement Business Partner plays a critical role in shaping the GTM Enablement strategy and representing the voice of the field. They will also ensure that global or centrally development enablement programs land effectively in the field.
Success in this role hinges on the ability to build strong relationships, apply deep knowledge of the business and sales, apply critical thinking, challenge others to think differently, and be a creative problem solver. The ideal candidate is someone who approaches things with passion and has the curiosity of an investigative reporter and the ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities
Partner with the GTM Enablement Program team to ensure that high impact programs are designed to support field needs and requirements
Identify, assess and validate enablement requests, scoping the implications and call-to-action for Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care
Create and global GTM Enablement plans that outline the required enablement, training and communications to activate Sales, Technical Sales, Sales Operations and Customer Care on the respective business initiative, new product/service, or system and process change and align all stakeholders on the proposed approach
Engage GTM Enablement team to collaborate on the creation and delivery of the enablement, training and communications reflected in the GTM Enablement plans
Ensure that the global GTM Enablement calendar reflects what is coming and orchestrate the timing of program and content rollouts in the field
Represent field perspective and requirements to help shape cross-functional projects and programs that are being designed for the sales organization
Qualifications
10+ years experience in sales enablement, product marketing, or GTM launch management
Deep understanding of go-to-market motions, sales process, and quote-to-cash
Experience working with global sales organizations, with the ability to think like a salesperson
Track record of influencing and aligning different perspectives and creating sponsorship for new approaches
Ability to distill large amounts of information and apply critical thinking to identify potential gaps, dependencies, correlations, considerations, and implications

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 136,000 - 204,000 USD / Annual
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 139,000 - 209,000 CAD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
