The Role:

The Experienced Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high ‑ quality dishes with consistency, precision, and strong culinary technique. The role works collaboratively with the culinary team, upholds strict food ‑ safety and sanitation practices, and contributes to a smooth, elevated service across all meal periods. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, professional knowledge of ingredients and cooking procedures, and experience in a hotel kitchen environment. A culinary degree is strongly preferred.

Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
