What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor line cooks through high-volume service shifts.
- Maintain food quality, plating standards, and ticket times consistently.

- Train and develop your team on technique, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with chef leadership on menu execution and kitchen strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years as a working sous chef or lead line cook.
- Proven ability to manage kitchens during high-volume, fast-paced service.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP standards, and kitchen operations.
- Natural leader who can motivate and develop junior kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
