Warehouse Associate / Freight Handler/Lumper
*Job Summary:**
Humano is currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Freight Handlers in Humble, TX.
SHIFT: Full Time Monday - Friday 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm OR 9:00pm - 5:00pm (Occasional overtime during peak season)
**Qualifications:**- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Must live locally,NOT a travel team site.
**Responsibilities:**
- Unload freight manually in teams as part of daily operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Work efficiently to maximize earnings, with an average hourly rate of $23 (with a minimum of $17 per hour)
- Embrace a flexible schedule and be open to overtime opportunities
- Base pay of $16.00 per hour. This is a production pay role with average earnings per container at $19.50-$21.50 per hour
