Job Description

• Process complex invoices consistently, accurately and timely
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Monitor AP email box and provide timely response
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments as issues arise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Accounts Payable Experience
• High attention to detail
• High accuracy rate
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work on a close-knit team
• Ability to follow set procedures consistently
• Excellent Communication
• Excellent Organization Skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge
