FICO Blaze Advisor Developer

Akkodis is seeking a FICO Blaze Advisor Developer for a Contract job with a client in Plano, TX (Onsite) . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FICO Blaze rule engine and Java backend development, along with exposure to modern SDLC practices.

Rate Range: $53.03/hour to $56.82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

FICO Blaze Advisor Developer job responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor BRMS for decision automation.

• Design, implement, and optimize rule-based solutions for credit risk assessment, loan origination, fraud detection, and compliance.

• Perform Java backend development and integrate Blaze Advisor with enterprise applications.

• Utilize Jules pipeline deployment and Bitbucket for code repository management.

• Ensure operational stability through system design, application development, and testing.

• Debug and maintain code in large-scale corporate environments using modern programming languages and database querying languages.

• Work across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and adhere to agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with FICO Blaze Advisor rule engine.

• Proficiency in Java backend development.

• Familiarity with Jules pipeline deployment and Bitbucket.

• Practical experience in system design, application development, and operational stability.

• Exposure to agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices.

• Ability to code in one or more programming languages and work with database querying languages.

• Knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.

Pay Details: $53.03 to $56.82 per hour
