Monitors.com is an e-commerce company specializing in technology products. Our website is hosted on Shopify Plus, and our team works with custom apps and several third-party tools that support our online store operations

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer who understands modern website design, e-commerce visuals, product presentation, and digital advertising design.

Position Overview

The Web Graphic Designer will be responsible for redesigning and improving existing website pages, graphics, product visuals, banners, landing pages, and other digital assets across Monitors.com. This role will be heavily involved in improving the visual appearance, usability, and conversion performance of our Shopify Plus website.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Figma, Photoshop, website graphics, web color systems, digital ad creatives, and motion elements . Familiarity with Shopify , product pages, collections, and e-commerce workflows is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Redesign existing website elements, sections, graphics, banners, icons, and page layouts.
• Create new website pages, landing pages, promotional pages, and product-focused layouts.
• Design high-quality web graphics optimized for e-commerce and conversion.
• Work on product listing visuals, product page layouts, and product description presentation.
• Assist with product listing and product description management, formatting, updates, and testing.
• Create digital advertising graphics for campaigns, promotions, social media, email, and retargeting.
• Design motion elements, simple animations, GIFs, or interactive visual concepts when needed.
• Maintain consistent visual branding across the website and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, product, and management teams to implement design changes.
• Use Figma to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Use Photoshop and other creative tools to edit, enhance, and prepare product and marketing visuals.
• Test different visual layouts, graphics, and product presentation styles to improve engagement and conversions.
• Ensure website graphics are optimized for desktop and mobile experiences.
• Support ongoing website redesign initiatives and continuous UX/UI improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in web graphic design and e-commerce visual design.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Photoshop .
• Good understanding of website layout, spacing, typography, visual hierarchy, and color usage.
• Experience designing banners, landing pages, product page graphics, promotional graphics, and digital ads.
• Understanding of responsive design for desktop and mobile.
• Ability to create clean, modern, conversion-focused designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to organize design files and communicate clearly with developers and team members.
• Experience working with product images, product descriptions, and product listing content.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus .
• Familiarity with Shopify product pages, collection pages, theme sections, and e-commerce merchandising.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid, or front-end design limitations.
• Experience designing for technology, electronics, medical, or professional product categories.
• Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, short ad animations, or web-based motion elements.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, or UX testing.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and ad creative requirements.
• Experience working with developers through tools such as GitHub, task boards, or project management systems.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is both creative and practical. They understand that e-commerce design is not only about making pages look good, but also about helping customers understand products, compare options, and make purchasing decisions.

They should be comfortable redesigning existing website elements, improving product listings, creating new visual assets, and helping us continuously improve the customer experience on our Shopify Plus website.
