The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, and product information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• .Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with customer support software is a plus.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
