We are seeking Experienced Lawn Crew Members to join our dedicated team, responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Crew members will work managing daily tasks independently and traveling regularly between sites. This role requires physical stamina, strong teamwork, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing and general lawn maintenance using standard and advanced equipment
- Maintain and operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers and trimmers
- Remove debris and ensure clean work sites
- Provide plant care including watering and trimming
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures, using protective gear
- Collaborate effectively within a small team (2-4 members)
- Interact professionally with customers on site
- Manage time efficiently to meet task schedules
- Support seasonal projects such as snow removal
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in landscaping and lawn care
- Proficient in lawn mowing and landscaping equipment operation
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
- Awareness and adherence to safety protocols
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina for outdoor labor
- Effective time management abilities
- Customer service skills for on-site interactions
- Show up and ready to work on time every day.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience specifically in lawn care
