Director, Resource-Led Planning COE Lead

The creation of a Planning COE will drive efficiencies and enable productivity gains across the organization. This person will spearhead the development and execution of strategies to enhance workforce forecast capabilities by partnering closely with the People Team and will design and implement end-to-end connected processes across headcount, workforce planning, and related domains, driving innovation and excellence in our planning methodologies. This role will require close partnership with FP&A to link Visa's workforce strategy to measurable financial impacts across Visa-wide.
