Process Engineer Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $36.00 to $50.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and cost improvements
• Develop, document, and implement standardized work instructions and process flows
• Support production of insulated panels, refrigeration components, and modular systems
• Optimize material usage, labor efficiency, and cycle times
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, materials, or workflow
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams
• Assist with new product introductions and process validations
• Monitor KPIs such as scrap, downtime, yield, and throughput
• Ensure processes comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed

Process Engineer Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field) required
• 2–5+ years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with data analysis, documentation, and reporting
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
