Remote Service Consultant
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Service Consultant to support customers by guiding them through each step of the service process and ensuring a seamless, organized experience from beginning to completion.
This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys clear communication, managing details, and taking ownership of client satisfaction while working independently within structured systems and training.
What Youll Do:
- Connect with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and timelines
- Provide thoughtful recommendations, updates, and consistent follow-ups
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and important service details
- Monitor progress to ensure accuracy and timely completion
- Deliver professional, friendly support that reflects a high standard of service
What Were Looking For:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-conscious
- Customer service or client-facing experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a remote environment
- Tech-comfortable and adaptable to digital tools and systems
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain, or Mexico
