We’re hiring an Executive Recruiter to join our high-performing Construction Practice . Here you’ll work on impactful mid- to senior-level searches, sharpen your consultative skills, and build long-term industry expertise inside a nationally recognized search firm.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Build and deepen talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, research tools, referrals, and strategic outbound calling

• Conduct consultative phone interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals

• Partner closely with senior recruiters and leadership on targeted search strategies

• Manage and grow relationships with passive candidates in a highly competitive market

• Maintain strong database discipline within our ATS/CRM system

• Drive consistent activity metrics while delivering quality submissions

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)

• Experience with sourcing, outbound recruiting, and passive candidate engagement

• Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily

• Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings

• Organized, process-oriented, and detail-driven

• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
