We are hiring motivated Electrical Apprentices / Helpers with hands-on experience in electrical work who are looking to grow their career in the commercial trade. This role is perfect for candidates with electrical background but not yet licensed. You’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Journeyman or Master, assisting with commercial installations and service work across DFW.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Journeyman/Master electricians with installation of conduit, wiring, and fixtures.
- Pull wire, cut and bend conduit, mount boxes and panels.
- Help troubleshoot and repair commercial electrical systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Learn NEC codes and safety practices on the job.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of electrical or construction experience. (preferred)
- Willingness to register as an Apprentice with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) (required for employment)
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding.
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $18-30 hr depending on experience.
