Outline of Your Role:

• Generate leads, expand your network, and cultivate meaningful, lasting client relationships
  
• Research and discover new business opportunities and develop impactful marketing strategies (with thorough training)
  
• Conduct insightful interviews and communicate effectively with clients via phone and email
  
• Participate in 3-4 weekly training sessions focused on enhancing your skills and achieving excellence
  
• Build your own team, providing the training and mentorship necessary for their success
  

Requirements

• Have a passion to learn and improve your existing skills & knowledge
  
• Have good time management skills and a determination to succeed
  
• Are self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously yet also enjoy being part of a supportive team
  
• Are a great communicator with a professional manner and a smile
  
• Have a minimum of 6 years of work experience
