About the Role
Were looking for a proactive, creative, and results-driven Community Manager to build and engage our audience across both digital and in-person channels. This role combines online community management with on-the-ground activations from managing social media and live webinars to helping execute flyer campaigns and apartment events with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with our audience, customers, and local influencers.
- Drive meaningful conversations across social platforms, networking events, company events, forums, and community spaces.
- Host live sessions, webinars, and interactive content to boost engagement.
- Appear in and record videos for social media campaigns, stories, and event promotions.
- Events & Activations
- Assist and represent the company at events (including weekends and evenings when required).
- Plan, coordinate, manage and execute community events (online and offline).
- Work cross-functionally with the sales team to align events with business goals.
- Support flyer distribution campaigns in local businesses to boost visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with the sales team to organize and execute apartment/community events that generate leads.
- Track performance of events and provide reports and KPIs with insights for improvements.
- Content & Growth
- Create and manage event promotions across digital platforms.
- Develop strategies to grow community participation and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams for unified campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Field Marketing Rep, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work after 5 PM and on weekends when needed.
- Comfortable with both digital engagement and field marketing (flyers, events, activations).
- Experience hosting/producing lives, webinars, and online events.
- Comfortable collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset: able to create reports, analyze engagement, and suggest improvements.
- Creative, resourceful, and excited about building authentic connections.
- Bilingual (English + Spanish) is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in influencer outreach and local partnerships.
- Familiarity with event management software tools.
