Patient Access Representative
LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Patient Access Representative to support a growing pediatric client. This fully remote opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with required availability on holidays that fall during the week.
In this role, you'll play a critical part in the admissions process, helping ensure patients are properly onboarded with accurate insurance verification and benefit eligibility. You'll work closely with a team based in TX, collaborating to deliver top-tier care access for pediatric patients and their families.
Patient Access Representative Responsibilities:
Coordinate all facets of patient admissions, including bed assignments
Handle preliminary paperwork and patient information intake
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Maintain regulatory compliance with payers and internal standards
Communicate with patients and hospital teams with empathy and accuracy
Patient Access Representative Requirements:
High school diploma required; relevant experience considered in place of formal education
Up to two years of healthcare or administrative experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail
Able to work independently in a remote setting and commit to weekday holidays
Comfortable with benefit eligibility systems and insurance processes
