General Assembler
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understands production processes and operates manufacturing equipment.
- Adheres to GMP, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols.
- Safely transports materials using material handling equipment and follows safety guidelines.
- Monitors personal and peer behaviors to ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Maintains proper housekeeping and follows environmental protocols.
- Completes regulatory training and operator training programs.
- Assists with other projects or assignments as requested by management.
- Seeks opportunities to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes.
Experience Required
- 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Basic understanding of production processes and manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures
- Proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Basic English
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jacks preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills highly desired.
