Part-Time Accounts Receivable Representative

Amerisource Business Capital is looking for an organized, energetic, self-disciplined Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team on a Part-Time basis. Amerisource Business Capital has provided small and middle market businesses with asset based lending, outsourced management of accounts receivable, credit support and collection functions for over 40 years. This person must be very detail oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, like working independently, and is okay working in a repetitive environment. We are looking for someone to work four days a week Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week with their workday starting at 9am. This person will get to sit in an office with wonderful people all while doing a job that is imperative to our business’s operations. Collections experience a plus, but not required. Must be okay being on the phone with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Calling upon client accounts with past due amounts.
  
  
  
  • Collection calls are made from a call log created each day.
  
  


• Create follow-up call log and call upon those clients in a timely manner.


• Pull invoices, print, scan, and fax them to clients when necessary.


• Relieve the front desk receptionist during her lunch break.
  
  
  
  • There is a rotation, so this isn’t an every day relief
  
  

Skills/Abilities:

• Must have excellent phone etiquette.


• Self-driven, high energy personality.


• No room for error mentality.


• Excellent computer skills for MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.


• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.


• Ability to multi-task.


• Most importantly, likes to have fun while getting the job done!

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
