The Service Manager plays a key role in cultivating the warm, polished hospitality that defines Colleen's Kitchen. This position works closely with management to oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, develop and support the team, and uphold our commitment to excellence in both service and guest experience.

The FOH Manager must be a self-starter someone who anticipates needs, leads and inspires team members, and coaches staff when needed. This role requires strict adherence to established SOPs.

This is a part-time, hourly manager position.

• Required: TABC certification & Food Manager certification
  

• Preferred: 1+ year of full-service restaurant management experience, but willing to train the right person
  

• Open availability, including weekends
  

This is a unique role that will average 20-25 hours/week with the potential to become a full time salaried position.
