Job Summary

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a Production Staff member to support document scanning and paper‑to‑digital conversion operations. This role is responsible for receiving and organizing client materials, operating industrial cutting and scanning equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and meeting daily production goals. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive packaged client documents and materials, including boxes, envelopes, and pallets of various sizes.
• Unpack, sort, and organize incoming materials to prepare them for processing.
• Record all received items into the inventory system with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assign barcodes and maintain proper tracking of all client content.
• Operate heavy‑duty and industrial document cutters and trimmers.
• Perform bound‑book trimming and finishing services as required.
• Operate high‑speed document scanners to complete daily scanning projects.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in document handling, print production, warehouse operations, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and materials (typically 25–50 lbs).
• Comfortable operating industrial equipment (training provided).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and tracking systems.
