Job Title: System Integration Analyst

Location: On-site

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable System Integration Analyst to manage, implement, and support new and existing system integrations across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication between platforms, overseeing technical implementation, testing, documentation, and user support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data integration, systems architecture, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of system integrations across enterprise platforms.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support integration setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during implementation phases, including managing change requests and system testing.

• Provide responsive support to users for integration-related issues and ensure long-term system reliability.

• Assist in the deployment and validation of new systems such as ERP, MES, WMS, CMMS, LIMS, SCADA, and others.

• Support Business Intelligence initiatives through report development and global data platform management.

• Ensure consistency and standardization across internal data frameworks and architectural solutions.

• Solid background in data integration and enterprise-level data management.

• Proven experience delivering complex integrations and managing diverse stakeholder needs.

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end integration within multifaceted IT environments.

• Experience supporting Business Intelligence tools and translating specifications into tailored reports.

• Exposure to manufacturing processes and systems is strongly preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting with evolving priorities.

• Strong communication and coordination skills across remote and in-person teams.

• Proficient in working with RESTful APIs, web services, and application frameworks.

• Hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Structured Query Language (SQL).

• Familiarity with system architecture, IT methodologies, and infrastructure design.

• Background in managing FTP protocol, EDI communications, and client-server architecture.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct black box testing and validate system integration performance.

• Strong project management capabilities, including task prioritization and team coordination.

• Experience maintaining an organized library of technical documentation and business data concepts.

• Knowledge or exposure to IT security, Data Warehousing, or Power BI is a plus.
