We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our Industrial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and ensuring timely production of modules in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

3rd Shift Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.75 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am )
- 8 to 10 hour Shifts - Operating Machinery: Safely operating hand tools, power tools, and production machinery for assembly equipment.
- Performing production tasks at various stations following approved work instructions to assemble components or parts into finished products
- Perform inspections and report part defects
- Manage workstation and complete required paperwork on the touchscreen monitor
- Rotate stations as assigned by supervisor
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding safety, quality, and productivity
3rd Shift Production Operator Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift
- Must have steel toed shoes
- Regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, twisting, and stooping,
- Frequent reaching/stretching at various heights
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Not Climate Controlled - be able to withstand hot temperatures in summer and cold temperatures in winter
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
