What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Scooter's Coffee, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly crafted drink. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and menu items with precision and care.
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and taking accurate orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Following company procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a customer-first mindset. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Customer service experience to create memorable interactions with our guests.
- The ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift.
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and dependability.
- A proactive approach to communicating any needs for accommodation.

No prior barista experience? No problem! We welcome individuals with a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great service.
