CDL A TEAM DRIVERS | $1,800–$2,280+ PER WEEK EACH | $2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS | FEDEX GROUND

Halo Transit is hiring CDL A Team Drivers throughout the Greater Houston area for FedEx Ground OTR routes based out of Houston, TX 77002.

Halo Transit offers consistent FedEx Ground freight with teams averaging 4,000–7,000+ miles per week , giving you the opportunity to maximize your earnings while driving newer equipment and working with an experienced dispatch team.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Tuesday Dispatch (2:00 AM–8:00 AM)

• Typically Out 2 Weeks

Drive an assigned Volvo VNL 760 Automatic Sleeper equipped with:

• Refrigerator

• Microwave

• Inverter

• Assigned Truck (No Slip Seating)

• Dispatch from FedEx Ground Terminal 774 in Houston, TX

• Undedicated FedEx Ground Routes

• Reliable, Year-Round Freight

• Teams Average 4,000–7,000+ Miles Per Week

• Top Teams Frequently Exceed 6,000–7,000 Miles Weekly

Whether you're an established team or an experienced solo driver looking to be paired, Halo Transit provides the miles, equipment, and support to help you succeed.

Minimum Qualifications

We're looking for professional drivers who have:

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles Endorsement

• At least 21 years of age

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Valid work history for the past 10 years

• At least:

  • 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years, or

  • 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or

  • 6 months of experience from a FedEx-approved driving school

Applicants must also be able to:

• Pass a DOT physical

• Pass a pre-employment background check

• Pass a drug screen (paid by FedEx)

Additional Requirements

• No revoked or suspended CDL

• No DUI, DWI, or reckless driving convictions

• No more than two moving violations within the past 36 months
