Your evenings stay 100% yours. The job includes tasks like cooking eggs, bacon, and gravy, and assembling breakfast and lunch sandwiches in a fast-paced, high-vibe environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Cook food to order
2. Manage cooking station
3. Speed and timing
4. Presentation: Ensuring each dish is presented correctly
5. Pre-Service Prep: Performing prep work outside of service hours
6. Stocking and Rotation: Monitoring, restocking
7. Sanitation, Cleaning & Food Safety
8. Communication
9. Following Direction

Working in our brunch truck specifically requires excellent time management and the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure , in the truck breakfast service often involves short, intense periods of very high volume.

Job Requirements

1. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
2. Passion for food and willingness to learn
3. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
4. Ability to follow directions and stay organized during service
5. Must be punctual and reliable
6. Able to work Mornings: Mon-Sunday , especially weekends
7. Team player with good communication skills
8. Food handler s certification (or willing to get one upon hire)
