What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities in the Fort Worth area.
• Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas RN license.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Compassion for patients and families during end-of-life care.
