We pride ourselves on a people-first culture, where we will champion your development in an exciting new career./p pstrongJob Summary/strong/p pThe Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and securing motor carriers that meet the companys profit, service, and safety objectives./p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liEnsure the company achieves the profit margin objective for each transaction./li liGuarantee on-time service levels are at 97% or higher./li liDemonstrate, revere, and protect the companys Vision, Values, and Mission./li liAssign customer loads to pre-qualified carriers in a timely and efficient manner, based on the companys carrier qualification standards./li liProperly manage all details, information, and paperwork associated with each load or customer order to ensure accurate billing and payment./li liPractice sound fiscal control of all company expenditures./li liPractice and maintain appropriate confidentiality with carriers as it pertains to our customer list, revenues, and rates./li /ul pstrongSalary/strong/p ul li$45,000 base/li liPerformance Bonus: Eligible for monthly performance-based bonus payouts upon the successful completion of established tier benchmarks (covering lane growth, margin retention, and carrier service reliability)/li /ul Pay Range: - per_year, General Benefits: pstrongJob Benefits/strong/p ul li401(k)/li liDental Insurance/li liHealth Insurance/li liLife Insurance/li liPaid Time Off/li liTuition Reimbursement/li liVision insurance/li /ul pstrongBenefit Conditions/strong/p ul liOnly full-time employees are eligible./li /ul p/p
