We are a fast-growing logistics company serving global clients who import goods into the U.S. from Europe, Asia, and South America. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatcher to join our team at our Deer Park, TX facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage port pickups, customer deliveries, and empty container returns — all within free time windows.

• Provide excellent customer service, acting as a key link between drivers and customers.

• Communicate with customers and drivers via phone, email, and in-person.

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries — strong email communication is essential (zero unread inbox is your standard).

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and dispatch activities.

• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolutions.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

• Adapt to changes and unexpected developments calmly and efficiently.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of dispatch operations experience, particularly with the Port of Houston .

• Experience with Profit Tools software preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000/year, depending on experience
