Male Caregiver

SENIOR HELPERS MCKINNEY IS URGENTLY HIRING A MALE CAREGIVER IN ANNA, TX !!! Make a Difference in Someone's Life! Senior Helpers McKinney is seeking a compassionate and reliable MALE CAREGIVER to provide exceptional care to a clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $15, paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers opportunities for growth, advancement within the company, ongoing paid training, and support. Responsibilities: Mainly, Provide assistance on (ADLs) Activities of Daily Living that include activities such as; bathing, dressing, getting in and out of bed or a chair, walking, using the toilet, and eating and (IADLs) Instrumental Activities of Daily Living that include more complex activities related to the ability to live independently in the community, that include activities such as managing finances and medications, food preparation, housekeeping, and laundry.

• Provide compassionate and person-centered care to senior client in their home
• Accompany client to appointments and engage in meaningful activities
• Comply with all the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with client, their families, and other healthcare professionals
• Respect and maintain clients' privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Accompany clients with appointments and errands
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a Male Caregiver
• Must have at least 2 years of professional, verifiable, experience working with seniors.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Own and reliable transportation
• Social Security Card
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
• You are passionate about helping others.
• You enjoy customer service and communicating with clients.
• You want to help your community and make a difference in someone’s life.
