SENIOR HELPERS MCKINNEY IS URGENTLY HIRING for Client Support Specialist – Active Care & Mobility Support IN MCKINNEY, TX and SURROUNDING AREAS! Make a Difference in Someone's Life! Client Support Specialist – Active Care & Mobility Support: Senior Helpers McKinney is hiring a dependable caregiver for an active, hands-on role supporting a client who requires mobility assistance and daily living support at home.This is not a sit-down companion position. We are seeking someone reliable who is comfortable taking responsibility during their shift, staying active, and maintaining a safe and structured environment for the client. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15, paid biweekly. Additionally, this role offers opportunities For growth and advancement, supportive leadership team, consistent scheduling available. Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADL's including bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, and transfers
- Provide mobility and walking support throughout the home
- Help maintain client safety and prevent fall risks
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Accompany client to appointments and errands
- Maintain a calm, organized environment
- Communicate with families and care team
- Complete accurate care documentation
- 2+ years professional care giving or related experience
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable assisting with mobility and physical support tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
