Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Estimator to support high-volume project pricing for event exhibits, trade show displays, and corporate event structures.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Review project details from the intake team and finalize estimates.

Price projects ranging from $100Kâ$500K in budget.

Produce 2â3 detailed estimates per day (15â20 per week).

Collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams.

Utilize Excel, Workfront, and proprietary estimating systems.
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3 years estimating experience
-
Proficiency in Excel and Project management tools (Workfront or similar)
-
Events industry background.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Willingness to learn proprietary systems and adapt quickly.

Nice-to-Haves:
-
Previous trade show or corporate event estimating experience.
