Content Reviewer
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Content Reviewer to join our team in Garland, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating online content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines and quality standards.
- Review and analyze user-generated content across various platforms to identify violations of policies and standards.
- Provide clear, consistent, and timely feedback on content quality, flagging inappropriate or harmful material.
- Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for content review processes.
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing large volumes of content efficiently.
- Stay updated on evolving content policies and platform guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Assist in resolving content-related issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
