We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Medical Assistant for America's #1 Regenerative

Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery clinic. Prior Orthopedic experience is a bonus but not required.

5+ years of Patient care and Medical Office experience is required.

Blood draw skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing superior patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

• Perform blood draws proficiently for regenerative medicine procedures.

• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

• Maintain and organize medical supplies and equipment.

• Help with monitoring and responding to social media marketing and inquiries

• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Provide patient education and support

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.

• Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) required
