Dog Training Elite Austin is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands on Facility Manager to help keep our training facility running smoothly, safely, and professionally.

Who We Are

Dog Training Elite Austin provides professional dog training designed to help dogs and their owners build better communication, confidence, and lasting results. We work with dogs of all breeds, ages, and skill levels throughout the Austin area.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily facility operations

• Keep training areas clean, organized, safe, and client ready

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and service providers

• Maintain inventory and order facility and training supplies

• Help manage equipment and training spaces

• Support trainers and management with daily operational needs

• Assist with setup and breakdown for classes, evaluations, and events

• Help ensure a welcoming and professional experience for clients

• Identify facility issues and communicate them promptly

• Assist with special projects and operational tasks as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented

• Comfortable taking ownership of daily responsibilities

• Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently

• Friendly and professional with clients, vendors, and team members

• Comfortable using basic technology and business systems

• Comfortable working around dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels

• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working in a dog friendly environment

Schedule

Full time position. Our normal operating hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM . Schedule may vary based on business needs and may include occasional Saturday coverage.

Compensation & Perks

$15/hour

Paid time off, if applicable
