What began as a creator-led makeup brush company has grown into a trusted beauty brand known for high-performing products, educational content, and a strong connection with customers and creators.

We have proven the model and built meaningful scale. The next chapter is about building more internal ownership around the creator-led acquisition engine at the heart of BK Beauty's growth.

WHY THIS MATTERS

Paid social is one of BK Beauty's most important growth channels, and it is ready for a dedicated internal owner.

This role is built for a hands-on paid social operator who has managed performance marketing across multiple brands or clients and is ready to go all-in on one fast-growing brand with a proven growth engine.

BK Beauty is not approaching paid social as a traditional DTC brand that relies primarily on manufactured ad creative. Our advantage comes from the creator ecosystem we have built: product sampling, affiliate relationships, TikTok Shop, social commerce, and a constant flow of authentic creator content.

Your job will be to help us fully leverage that engine across paid social, starting with Meta and expanding from there. That means identifying strong creative opportunities, building systems to source and test creator content, improving campaign management and reporting, and helping the business scale paid acquisition while staying close to the economics that matter.

This is a strong fit for someone who wants to take real ownership of paid social inside a brand with meaningful scale, strong creative inputs, and the opportunity to grow into a defining role in the company's next stage.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Paid Social Management

  • Manage and optimize Meta as the initial focus, building the foundation for broader paid social ownership over time.
  • Support budget and spend decisions with clear reporting, practical analysis, and an understanding of business context.
  • Bring a strong point of view on modern paid social best practices while adapting them to BK Beauty's creator-led model.

Creator-Led Creative Pipeline

  • Build a stronger system for identifying creator content that has potential to perform in paid social.
  • Partner with the social commerce, influencer, and creative teams to source creator content and coordinate usage rights.
  • Help move high-potential creator content into paid social testing in a consistent, organized way.
  • Track what creative is working, what is fatiguing, what should be renewed, and what should be retired.

Creative Testing and Performance Learning

  • Increase the quality, consistency, and diversity of creative being tested in paid social.
  • Use performance data to understand which products, messages, hooks, creators, formats, and offers are resonating.
  • Support additional creative formats as the program expands beyond the core engine of creator content and partnership ads.

Measurement and Reporting

  • Build clear visibility into the metrics that matter most, including CPA, MER, ROAS, NC-ROAS, contribution margin, creative performance, and channel-level performance.
  • Use tools such as Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, TikTok platform data, and other reporting sources as needed.
  • Communicate performance clearly and consistently, including what is working, what is not working, what should change, and why.
  • Understand that scaling paid media requires balancing efficiency, contribution margin, customer acquisition, and long-term growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in an agency, freelance, consulting, or DTC brand environment.
  • Direct Meta campaign management experience is required.
  • Strong understanding of modern paid social, including partnership ads, creator whitelisting, UGC testing, creator licensing, TikTok-to-Meta workflows, creative testing, and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with DTC brands, ideally with exposure to meaningful spend levels.
  • Interest in beauty and familiarity with the DTC beauty landscape is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability with practical judgment. You can interpret data, communicate clearly, and turn imperfect information into action.
  • Balanced creative and performance instincts. You understand that creative is one of the biggest levers in paid social, but you also know how to measure and scale campaigns responsibly.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and a bias toward action.
  • Comfortable operating in a lean, founder-led environment where systems are still being built.
