Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (Tech 1 – Contract to Hire)

Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in office, Mon & Fri WFH)

Schedule: Rotating on-call (1 week on, every 3 weeks)

Description:

We’re looking for a Service Desk Analyst based in the DFW metroplex to join our team in a hybrid role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a people-first environment. Technical skills are important, but we’re really seeking someone with a strong customer service mindset, great interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Technologies You'll Work With:

· Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune

· Office, Active Directory (on-prem)

· Power Apps, Power Automate

· Meraki, ERP systems, iOS, printer setup

Nice to Have (Not Required):

· SQL databases, PowerShell

· Cybersecurity awareness

· Router/switch & SSID configuration
