The Social Media Associate for Authenticus & Luxtrium will support the company's marketing and communications efforts by managing and enhancing its social media presence. This contract role involves creating, scheduling, and publishing content, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance, and staying abreast of social media trends. Essentially, responsible for building and maintaining a positive online presence for the organization. Will need to understand the full functionality of the companies, Authenticus & Luxtrium!
The role will work directly under our Marketing Director and has incredible potential for creativity and long-term growth! The individual will need to understand not only the clientele market, but the nature of the businesses and superior differentiating factors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Creating engaging social media content (text, images, videos) for various platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Content Scheduling: Planning and scheduling posts according to a content calendar.
- Content Optimization: Ensuring content is optimized for each platform, including using appropriate hashtags, captions, and tags.
- Visual Content: May include creating graphics, memes, or video content.
- Brand Consistency: Maintaining a consistent brand voice and message across all social media channels.
- Engagement Strategies: Developing strategies to increase engagement and follower growth.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking social media metrics and providing regular reports on performance.
- Collaboration: Working with other team members (marketing, communications, design) to align social media efforts.
- Analytics: Analyzing social media performance to identify what's working and what needs improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: May include tasks like managing social media inboxes, updating profiles, and maintaining records.
