Accounts Receivable Manager

DaBella is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to help oversee our daily operations within our accounting department.

Compensation: $105,000 - $120,000 Annually
Full time: Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
· Own the Accounts Receivable function for the organization, overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, reporting and analysis
· Ensure all operating entity transactions are recorded in compliance with U.S. GAAP, including: Recognition of revenue in accordance with accounting standards under ASC 606
· Manage the month-end close process and related financial reporting requirements, including the preparation of balance sheets, income, cash flows, and equity statements in an accurate, timely, and effective manner
· Understand internal control design concepts sufficient to assess the effectiveness of controls in accounts receivable area and to design new processes and controls for emerging and growing business activities.
· Monitor budget-to-actual activity to report on budget variances, including the rationale for changes in budget projections to prepare monthly financial reporting packages
· Lead Accounts Receivable team, focusing on refining roles, setting daily priorities, coaching team members and improving operational efficiency
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in high-volume accounts receivable management (5+ years) with at least 2 years in a senior role.
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
· Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10 or more.
· High functioning, working knowledge of relevant accounting practices, including US GAAP
· Self-starter with exceptional time management; high standards for integrity, accuracy, and meeting deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct).
