General CommentsUnit Information: Endoscopy Location: Medical City Dallas Forest Lane Dallas, TX Floor: 2 Building: A General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 6 procedure rooms and 13 prep/recovery bays Number of Staff 12 Type of staff: o Day Shift 8 nurses and 4 techs o Night Shift - Patient Ratios(ESTIMATED) Procedure 1:1 Prep/Recovery 2:1 Type of equipment - endoscopy EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, PALS Endscopy Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Endoscopy List typical procedures performed on unit(s): EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy Adults and pediatrics Best personality Fit: REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS and PALS Floating Area(s): IR, PACU, and Day Surgery Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
