Licensed Insurance Agent Onsite in San Antonio, TX!

We’re hiring Licensed Insurance Agents with active P&C licenses to support small business customers in a fast‑paced, inbound environment. This is a long‑term, contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering stability, career growth, and a strong promote‑from‑within culture.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound, warm leads via phone and online applications.
• Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs.
• Manage approximately 25–50 inbound calls per day.
• Navigate multiple systems and insurance products

Schedule & Work Environment

• Onsite position
• Business hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
• Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Occasional weekend work may be required

Qualifications

• Active insurance P&C license
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales‑driven, motivated, and eager to grow
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, call‑center environment
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr.
