Location: Dallas, TX 75247
Pay: Competitive Pay (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Overtime Available: Monday–Saturday

We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector II to join our manufacturing team in Dallas. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products meet quality, engineering, and customer requirements. Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and electrical inspections
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Use inspection equipment including microscopes, calipers, gauges, and multimeters
• Document inspection results and report nonconforming materials
• Support corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Verify calibration of inspection equipment
• Assist with final product inspections, packaging, and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to junior quality inspectors
• Maintain accurate quality records and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficient using inspection tools and precision measuring equipment
• Experience with ERP systems or quality management systems preferred
• IPC certifications (J-STD-001 or IPC/WHMA-A-620) preferred
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person to access ITAR-controlled technical data
