Telephone Sales Representative
MCI Careers seeks Telephone Sales Representatives to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences for leading global brands. In this fast-paced, performance-driven role, you'll handle high-volume outbound and inbound calls, recommend solutions, and close sales while meeting KPIs and quality standards. Work with omnichannel tools and CRM systems, receive ongoing coaching and training, and build skills in customer service, sales, and digital CX. Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls with professionalism
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales quotas, KPIs, and quality assurance standards
- Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems in real time
- Follow structured scripts while adapting to customer responses
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve performance
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and data security standards
