HR / Team Coordinator

Verdant Tree Farm is seeking a dedicated and organized HR / Team Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our growing team. As the HR / Team Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our team, ensuring effective communication, streamlined HR processes, and a supportive environment where every team member can thrive.

Key Objectives

• Support day-to-day HR operations and team coordination activities.
• Facilitate communication between management and staff to enhance team engagement.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations to maintain a productive workforce.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Organize team meetings, training sessions, and company events to promote engagement and development.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist management with workforce planning and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in HR coordination, team support, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
