Position Summary
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with referral sources including hospitals, clinics, physician offices, rehab facilities, SNF's, assisted living facilities and other community organizations.
- Educate referral sources on Home Health and Hospice services, eligibility criteria, and referral processes.
- Act as the point of contact for new and existing referral partners.
- Promote Home Health and Hospice programs and services while maintaining healthcare quality standards.
- Maximize human, financial, and equipment resources.
- Report directly to the Agency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide counsel to the Agency regarding community needs, program development, personnel, and financial requirements.
- Collaboratively develop and maintain policies for new programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws related to marketing the Agency.
- Assist in directing programs through collaboration and delegation to administrative and supervisory personnel.
- Partner with the Interdisciplinary Group to support safe and effective patient and family care.
- Establish public relations programs to interpret the Agency's services and foster good relationships with physicians and community agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Governing Body.

- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the public, governing bodies, and medical directors.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred.
- 1-2-year experience in the healthcare field required.
