Product Manager

We are looking for a rockstar 0→1 Product Manager to work directly with the CEO and CTO to help shape, ship, and scale a new generation of AI-driven products. This role is highly influential—owning roadmap definition, execution, and the operating cadence that turns strategy into shipped software.

This is not a maintenance PM role. You will operate in ambiguity, create structure where none exists, and push product from concept to production at high velocity.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product execution from problem definition to launch
• Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on roadmap priorities and sequencing
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, workflows, and delivery plans
• Build lightweight but durable product processes (planning, discovery, execution)
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and operations
• Use AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and delivery
• Continuously improve speed, clarity, and product quality

• 8+ years of product and / or operations experience
• Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
• Background in B2B SaaS, platforms, or operationally complex products
• Ability to turn complex operations into simple solutions.
• Proven 0→1 product experience (early-stage startup, new product, or greenfield initiatives)
• Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
• Ability to turn complex operations into simple solutions.
• Familiarity with modern AI-driven tech stacks and tooling
• Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
