As the Financial Specialist II, you’ll play a critical role in supporting business and budgetary operations. You will work closely with administrators, coordinators, and staff to ensure financial records are accurate, budgets are managed effectively, and inventory audits are completed on time. This role is funded by a federal grant, and your work directly supports programs that make a positive impact on students and the university community.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and enter financial data into university systems

• Audit transactions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Review account balances, reconcile discrepancies, and process budget transfers

Qualifications
